The bill will be paid at the hotel, unless otherwise requested by the hotel; if you have any payment receipts or agency vouchers, please present them in advance.
Payment methods:

Credit cards accepted in the Hotel: Visa, Euro/Master card, Bancomat, Maestro, Carta Si, EC-Card.
We do not accept: Diners and American Express;
we recommend that you check the daily limit and make the payment the day before the departure date if possible.
Cash: we remind you that according to art. 49 of Legislative Decree 231, we can accept cash payments for amounts less than or equal to € 5000.00. For higher amounts, or for the difference, the balance must be made up by credit card. (Except for guests from non-EU countries such as Russia and Switzerland, for whom it is possible to pay larger amounts in cash)
Bank transfer: in this case you must pay for the stay before your arrival.
We do not accept cheques
Bonus vacanze Italia (Italy holiday bonus): to take advantage of this, you must present confirmation that your request was accepted by INPS or ISEE certification for the family during the booking phase. It is reserved for stays of more than 3 nights. In any case, a credit card must be given as a guarantee until the refund is confirmed.
